Beginning August 1st, a new element to the Featured Stories will be introduced. It will need a little time to be set up, so the beginning date will be August 1st. This will take the place of the Featured Stories element that we currently have, but will include it as well. Here's how it works.

One author will be chosen (at random) per month. Their name will be announced as our 'Celebrated Author of the Month'. Then, one of their stories will be chosen as our 'Featured Story'. Everyone else has a job too....please review the featured story and comment away. The 'Celebrated Author' will have a thread in the Fanfic Corner, and everyone can post what they like about the Celebrated Author's stories.

Once someone has been chosen as a Celebrated Author, they will not be chosen again, so it's IMPORTANT that EVERYONE participates and really makes the Celebrated Author glow! Give them the praise due them!!

Who will be chosen? Anyone who has a story completed. Anyone who has left feedback. Board moderators WILL be included this time around because it's a random choosing...all qualified writers will have their names put into a box and a name will be chosen at random. If it gets too tedious to do one author per month, I may shorten the time frame to one per two weeks, but for now, I'd like to do one per month.
