I think this is could be the start of a great story. I'd love to see Sam slip into uncontrollable paranoia about what happened. He sees vampires everywhere! And what if they're not delusions? More have come! I'm wondering where this still go, although you did say this was a oneshot.

Anything posted in Insights is just a one-shot. I'm taking characters from the film and exploring their minds and my own interpretations of them to get to know them better and develop them more. One of my struggles in Lost Boys fanfiction is that I don't feel I know some of the characters well enough so this is a way of helping me portray them better. While the one-shots won't be continued in Insights, you've definately got me interested in exploring this one-shot and using it as a starting point for new fics. I never thought of that potential and now I have ideas swimming around in my head! I'm definately going to take what you said into consideration and start planning something for a future project.
